Delivering Confidence in Every Drop: 2025 Water Quality Reports Released
ISELIN, N.J., July 14, 2026 -- Middlesex Water Company (Middlesex) (NASDAQ: MSEX) has released its 2025 Annual Water Quality Reports for customers served by Middlesex Water Company, Tidewater Utilities and Pinelands Water Company, as well as for New Jersey water systems the Company operates under contract, including the Borough of Avalon, the Borough of Highland Park and the City of Perth Amboy. The reports provide customers with detailed information about the quality, safety and reliability of their drinking water and demonstrate compliance with all applicable federal and state drinking water standards.
Effective April 1, 2026, Pinelands Water Company was consolidated into Middlesex Water Company. Beginning with the 2026 Annual Water Quality Reports, customers previously served by Pinelands Water Company will receive reports under the Middlesex Water Company–Southampton name, reflecting the integration of operations while continuing the same commitment to safe, reliable water service.

The reports provide important information about local drinking water sources, water quality testing conducted throughout 2025, regulatory compliance and the Company's ongoing efforts to protect public health and maintain high standards of water quality.
