Chairman of the Board
Dennis W. Doll, C.P.A. DENNIS W. DOLL, age 57, was named Chairman of the Board in May 2010 and served as Vice Chairman from 2009-2010. He has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Middlesex Water Company since 2006 and serves as Chairman of all subsidiary companies. Mr. Doll joined Middlesex Water as Executive Vice President in November 2004. He has more than 30 years of experience in both regulated and non-regulated water utility management, with a diverse management background in matters related to water and wastewater utilities, contract operations and capital management. He received a B.A. Degree in Accounting and Economics from Upsala College. Mr. Doll serves as a volunteer Director on non-profit Boards including the New Jersey Utilities Association (past Chairman) and the National Association of Water Companies, (past President). He also serves as Treasurer and a member of the executive committee on the Board of the Water Research Foundation.

Amy B. Mansue AMY B. MANSUE, age 51, is President of Southern Region Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health. She formally served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Children’s Specialized Hospital, where she lead a skilled team of clinicians and therapists. Ms. Mansue’s background includes serving as a staff member on healthcare policy for former New Jersey Governor Jim Florio; serving as a Deputy Commissioner in the New Jersey Department of Human Services and as Deputy Chief of Staff to former New Jersey Governor James McGreevey. Ms. Mansue serves on the Boards of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the New Brunswick Development Corporation, and Children’s Hospital Association, where she serves as Treasurer. Ms. Mansue holds a Bachelor’s degree in social welfare and a Master’s degree in social work, planning and management from the University of Alabama.

James F. Cosgrove Jr. JAMES F. COSGROVE, Jr. P.E., age 52, is Vice President and Principal of Kleinfelder, a firm offering consulting in architecture, civil and structural engineering, construction management, environmental analysis, remediation, and natural resources management throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia. A Professional Engineer licensed in the State of New Jersey, Mr. Cosgrove has over 25 years’ experience in the field of environmental engineering and science with extensive background in water quality monitoring and modeling. Prior to his current position, Mr. Cosgrove was Principal and Founder of Omni Environmental LLC, an environmental consulting firm based in Princeton, NJ. Mr. Cosgrove’s professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Water Resources Association, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Water Environment Federation, among others. He served as a director of the Association of Environmental Authorities from 2005-2011 and currently serves as Chairman of the New Jersey Clean Water Council. Mr. Cosgrove received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and earned his M.E. in Environmental and Water Resource Systems Engineering from Cornell University.

Jeffries Shein JEFFRIES SHEIN, age 75, is managing partner, JGT Management Company, LLC, a management and investment firm since 2003. He was formerly a Partner of Jacobsen, Goldfarb and Tanzman Associates, one of the largest industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firms in New Jersey. Mr. Shein retired from the Board of Directors of Provident Bank in April 2015 and was a director of its predecessor First Savings Bank. Mr. Shein has served on boards and committees of numerous community, non-profit and professional organizations. Mr. Shein is a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. He received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.

John R. Middleton, M.D. JOHN R. MIDDLETON, M.D., age 71, is currently engaged in private practice with ID Care, New Jersey's largest network of Infectious Disease Specialists providing comprehensive specialized consultations, care and education for patients with complex infectious diseases. He is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He formerly served as Chair, Department of Medicine at Raritan Bay Medical Center (Perth Amboy and Old Bridge (NJ) Divisions) from 1978 -2007, and was also Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director from 1986-2007. During his tenure he established the Center for Excellence in Infectious Diseases and the Hope Clinic in Perth Amboy for the victims of Hurricane Katrina at the request of the mayor. Dr. Middleton’s background includes serving as a Special Advisor on Infectious Diseases to the New Jersey State Department of Health and the Health Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council. He has also participated in TOPOFF I, II and III, major disaster exercises, on both the federal and state levels. Dr. Middleton received a B.S. in Biology from the College of Holy Cross; Doctor of Medicine from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, and a certificate of Medical Humanities from Drew University. He is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Subspecialty Board of Infectious Diseases, and is a Master of the American College of Physicians.

STEVEN M. KLEIN, age 50, serves as President, Chief Operating Officer of Northfield Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary, Northfield Bank, with overall responsibility for activities of these entities. He was named to the Board of Directors of Northfield Bancorp. Inc. and Northfield Bank in August 2013. He joined Northfield Bancorp, Inc. in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2011. Mr. Klein’s background includes serving as an audit partner with the international accounting and auditing firm KPMG LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the New Jersey Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association. Mr. Klein serves on the Board of Trustees of CentraState Medical Center. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Montclair State University.

Walter G. Reinhard, Esq. WALTER G. REINHARD, ESQ., age 70, served as a partner in the law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. prior to his retirement from the active practice of law and partnership in the firm on December 31, 2014. He remains "of counsel" to the firm. He had been with the firm since 1984 and practiced administrative, environmental and regulatory law involving public utilities. He brings over 40 years of law experience to the Board including expertise in handling regulatory matters before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Mr. Reinhard’s professional affiliations include the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Public Utility Law Section (Chair, 1988-89), the Water Utility Council of the American Water Works Association, New Jersey Chapter, and the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies. Mr. Reinhard serves as a director of the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law.

Kim C. Hanemann KIM C. HANEMANN, age 52, is Senior Vice President – Delivery Projects and Construction of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G), New Jersey’s oldest and largest public utility company, where she is responsible for execution of the company’s large transmission construction projects. Her responsibilities include oversight of project management, project controls, licensing and permitting, and commissioning. This large portfolio of services under Ms. Hanemann’s management also includes management of key components of PSE&G’s resiliency initiatives and asset hardening projects on company facilities. Ms. Hanemann has held numerous leadership positions in both electric and gas field operations and in utility support operations. She was named Vice President in 2010, and Senior Vice President in 2014. Ms. Hanemann serves as a director of the Foundation Board of Children’s Specialized Hospital. She is also the Executive Sponsor for PSEG Women’s Network, an employee resource group aimed at providing women with career development insights and serves on PSEG’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Ms. Hanemann earned her Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

A. Bruce O'Connor Mr. O’Connor, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 20 years experience in corporate, public and utility accounting. He joined the Company in 1990 and was elected Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1996. He is responsible for financial reporting, customer service, rate cases, cash management and financings. Mr. O’Connor has a degree in Accounting and an M.B.A in Finance. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the NJ State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Water Companies and the New Jersey Utilities Association.

Richard M. Risoldi Mr. Risoldi has over 30 years experience in water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection, water quality analysis, operations and maintenance, financial modeling and technology implementations. He joined the Company in 1989 as Director of Production and held positions of increasing responsibility before being named Vice President – Operations and Chief Operating Officer in January 2010. Mr. Risoldi oversees all departments responsible for water and wastewater treatment and production, engineering, construction, distribution, collection and information technology. He earned his B.S. Degree in Biology from Rutgers University and holds professional licenses in water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection in NJ. He is a member of the American Water Works Association National and NJ Section, the New Jersey Utilities Association and the Water Environment Federation.

Jay Kooper

In 2014, Mr. Kooper joined Middlesex Water Company. Mr. Kooper brings 15 years of experience representing electric, gas, water, wastewater, telephone and cable companies as well as municipalities and private clients before 15 state public utility commissions and legislatures, federal agencies and federal and state appellate courts. He most recently served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for Hess Corporation. Mr. Kooper also served as President of the Retail Energy Supply Association, a national trade association of competitive retail energy suppliers. Prior employment includes service as an associate in the Public Utilities Law Practice Group with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. and as Energy Policy Attorney with the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Kooper's affiliations include the New Jersey State Bar Association's Public Utility Law Section, the Energy Bar Association, and the New York City Energy Policy Task Force. He received his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and is a graduate of Emory University with a B.A.in Political Science and History.

Bernadette M. Sohler Ms. Sohler has more than 20 years experience in providing strategic communications counsel in the utilities and financial sectors. She joined the Company in 1994, was named Director of Communications in 2003 and Vice President-Corporate Affairs in 2007. She oversees corporate communications and investor relations, customer education, government affairs and media relations, marketing, and community relations. Before joining the Company, she held marketing communications management positions in the financial services industry. Ms. Sohler has a B.A. from Seton Hall University and a M.A. in Public Communications from Fordham University. She is Chair of the New Jersey Utilities Association’s Communications Committee, a 2007 Leadership NJ Fellow, and serves in a leadership capacity on numerous industry and community boards.

Lorrie B. Ginegaw Ms. Ginegaw has more than a decade of experience in human resource management. She joined Tidewater Utilities, a Middlesex Water affiliate in 2004. In May 2007, Ms. Ginegaw was promoted to Director of Human Resources for Middlesex and effective March 1, 2012, Ms. Ginegaw was appointed Vice President-Human Resources. Ms. Ginegaw is responsible for all Human Resources throughout the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ginegaw worked in human resources positions in the healthcare and transportation/logistics industries. She earned a B.A. from Wichita State University and a M.B.A. from Wilmington University. She serves as Chair of the New Jersey Utilities Association’s Human Resources Committee and is a member of the Middlesex County Workforce Investment Board.

Gerard L. Esposito Mr. Esposito has over twenty years experience in resource management planning, program administration and regulatory affairs. He joined Tidewater, a Middlesex Water affiliate, in 1998 as Executive Vice President and was elected President of Tidewater in 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in various executive positions including as Director, Division of Water Resources for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. Esposito holds a M.S. from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He is a member of various professional organizations and serves on numerous community and economic development boards.
